This is a usual acne treatment , I purchased this as it said it was a scar treatment. Most acne solutions work differently for different people , having understood that , this cream is a salicyclic acid treatment and focuses only on ACNE and not on SCAR

Did not help my scars at all...made skin worse
This product did not help my scars at all. It actually made my skin worse. Breakouts were worse and red ares became inflamed and more irritated.

Product REALLY WORKS!!
I am completely amazed on how fast this product does the job! I been struggling with acne for YEARS! Better Than Most
This item helped clean up my acne better than most, but did not really diminish the scars they left behind until about 2 weeks of application. I may try their scar elimination cream to rid my face of the dark colored scars that acne leaves behind.

Overall works reasonably well for acne elimination, and it doesn't have the terrible smell that most acne medicine has.

This stuff doesn't really work. I smeared it in my face-craters overnight, and in the morning it just left my peeling, cragged face unearthly, radioactive tones of red. Well, luckily I have to use the reflective parts of my anime DVDs to see myself until mom puts another mirror in the bathroom. (I broke the last one doing Naruto moves)

good product but don't recommend for everyone
This product did work well for drying out acne. However, because it contains "salicylic acid ", it aggreviated my skin and made it dry (I have a combination of at times oily yet sensitive skin). Since your suppose to be using it twice daily, I found that the "scar zone A" really dried my skin. Maybe if I found a good moisturizing cream to use at the same time it wouldn't have caused my skin to be so dry. If your mainly worried about reducing scars, don't have major acne and have dry/sensitive skin I would recommend the regular scar zone version. I couldn't really tell if it worked for reducing scars because it made my skin very dry and so I mainly use this product for treating my acne (I use the regular version for treating my acne scars). I guess that's why I gave this product a 4 instead of a 5.

DON'T BUY!!!!!
This product is really awful, and it does not work. It's greasy, and it caused me to break out. It did nothing for my scars, and my scars are really small and not that severe. If it can't help small scars than it's less likely for this product to help more severe scars. Additionally, the tube is so small, it won't even last you a week. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Scar zone has a money back guarantee policy, and I plan to request it. I think that washing your face with a little bit of baking soda combined with water helps acne scars more than this ever will!!!

works great preventing and on new zits
This is by far THE BEST product I have ever used in preventing zits or in helping to very quickly get rid of new zits that pop up, it also stops zits from even fully developing. It also makes me skin more brighter and healthier and more awake looking. Howeverrrrrrr I bought this product to help get rid of scars/dark spots from old zits, and well, it didn't do too much on my dark spots... I mean it might of helped some? I used it for a month, and some spots faded, BUT my spots also fade with time anyways, so? Hmm?

Cream vs. just plain time
I've been using this cream for about a month now over some severe pregnancy acne scars. I haven't been able to really tell a difference because scars heal gradually over time and I can't tell how much of the healing is due to the cream. My dermatologist said that the way to decrease scars is to keep out of the sun (or use a sunscreen) and just give it time. I'd like to think the cream helps, but I'm in no mood to only put in on half my face, to compare what would happen. Green tea and silicone sound all fancy and I'm not discrediting their values, but the change is to subtle to really tell. It was cheap, and if anything, there's always sunscreen over my scars.

Like someone else stated...its just sunscreen..
First off, I have to be honest..I only tried this for a week. However I followed the directions to a "T" and it seems SOME kind of result is usually seen by the end of the first week. I bought this at my local H.E.B, and after trying it saw NO results at all. It does make your skin feel soft..but so does every lotion for a lot cheaper. I was using this to try and heal/reduce acne scars. Nada. After that week I found the review someone left saying how they read the ingredients and it just said "Sun Screen" as its active ingredient..so I checked, and..yeah. Thats what I get for not looking at the ingredients on medicine type products I guess. =/ Disappointed. 2 starts instead of 1 only because I didnt try it for as long as others.

Verdict is still out on this item.
I purchased this item about three weeks ago. I recently fell and have a scar on the side of my face. I just wanted something to help it diminish in size and help it with the healing. So far, nothing major to report on. It does protect it in the sun. And for me who has sensitive skin...there hasn't been any side affects. Its worth a try for the price...good value.
