Does anyone know of a skin care laser that I can use at home to treat broken capillaries?

Something that really works and doesn't require heavy machinery like at a Dr.s office. I had a laser treatment years ago for a broken capillary
at a Dr.s office but I need something for home use. Any information would be helpful to know how to treat broken capillaires. Thanks!

  • Effectively treats stubborn skin conditions, such as acne and environmental/sun damage

Product Description

Level 1) Glycolic/35, Lactic/35, Salicylic/20

Level 2) Glycolac/60, Lactic/50 - Twice as strong as L1

Level 3) Glycolic/50, Lactic/70, BHA+, HQ+ - Twice as strong as L2

Choosing a Peel:

Glycolic: stimulates collagen growth more effectively than any of the other peels. It's small molecule allows it to slip beneath the epidermis to reach the collagen fibers below and results in 15%-25%  thickening over 12 weeks. Glycolic acid generally causes little or no visible peeling.

Lactic: works on the surface of the skin to treat tone, texture, and pigmentation. The Lactic acid molecule works to pull moisture into the cells, and exfoliate surface cells which helps to perfect the skin's surface and restore the skin's natural glow.

Glycolac: With a combination of Glycolic (25%) with Lactic (35%), it provides hydration and tone improvements of the Lactic, with the increased collagen stimulation of the glycolic. It is generally well tolerated because the lactic and glycolic work on different levels or the skin.

Salicylic: a great kertolytic which means it helps loosen the bonds between skin cells to promote exfoliating. It is the only hydroxy acid which is oil soluble which allows it to penetrate into clogged pores. It can be used more frequently than the other peels without must risk for irritation.

BHA+: Hands down the best peel for acne and oily skin. You should expect some visible flaking of the skin 2 days after using the peel. This will help with active acne blemishes as well as old acne marks, and a variety of other skin problems.

HQ+: This peel is best for pigmentation and acne scarring. Similar to our BHA+ peel, with added ingredients which to help to fade pigmentation differences and even skin tone. If you suffer from old acne marks, age spots, or melasma, this peel will be the most effective in helping you.

Nice Product and waaay cheaper than the professionals
I decided to order this product after spending way too much money on professional chemical peels. The product is exactly what I wanted. I have had some very light peeling and i feel like my skin has improved after a couple weeks of use. Hopefully, it will continue to as time goes on. my only issue with this product is the unclear directions. There are multiple places where the information on application frequency varies.
Unsure
Firstly, I'd like to make it clear that while I have a few small zits consistently, my acne is not that bad compared to some of the other reviews. This may be why the acid hasn't worked well on my skin yet. I want to use it because i have random blotchy darker spots all over my face and a lot of acne scarring and blackheads and whiteheads galore. I've used this peel four times over the course of a month. All that's happened is that my nose has gotten flaky and i got two random dry patches on my cheeks. My blackheads seem to be more pronounced but i think it's because they're closer to the surface due to the peeling of my nose. Hopefully with continued use, I will see better results. I shall update when i do!
Acne since Highschool, Significantly improved skin
I had very oily skin, especially my nose. Before using Salicylic Acid (SA), I was using Neutrogena's acne gel to reduce acne and make my skin dryer. I've also tried other brands of acne gel with benzoyl peroxide, but they didn't really work. In addition to acne gel, I've tried facial cleaning product from Clean and Clear and the Walmart brand benzoyl peroxide cleaning pads.

I've gone to a dermatologist and she told me to clean my face daily and just use the general acne treatment products and I would be fine. Unfortunately, I wasn't very good at keeping up with these routines and I even thought about getting an operation to reduce the size of my pores. That didn't happen due to the expanse.

Finally, I came across Amazon and found this product and read the reviews. At first I tried to follow the instruction to apply the acid on cosmetic pad and then my skin, wait for a few minutes and wash it off. However, it worked better for me when I just applied it directly on my skin.

For the first minute or 2, after direct application on my nose, I felt a slightly burning sensation and my skin turned a little red. However, after 5 minutes or more the acid is neutralized and I could see immediate improvement on my skin, smoother and the redness was gone. I didn't even have to wash it off.

In addition to this product, I washed my face with warm water to open up my pores and then I used Neutrogena's pore refining toner to reduce the size of my pores and to clear old skin. I applied the gel peel on top of the dried skin toner.

Instead of using acne gel, I used Neutrogena's Rapid Clear Oil-Eliminating Foaming Cleanser to keep my skin dryer. Depending on the condition of my skin, sometimes I would only use the skin toner and not the peeling gel. However, when I saw mild inflammation from acne, I would use both. The oil cleanser should not be used twice, it would really dry up my skin and irritated it.

In conclusion, I've listened to many stories and tried many different products to make my nose not look like Rudolf the Reindeer. For my skin, the key was to reduce the oily condition and the size of my pores. It was the combination of skin oil and dust that clogged up my pores and caused acne. With the help from Neutrogena's pore refining skin toner, oil-eliminating cleanser, and Skin Laboratory's gel peel, my skin looked a lot smoother and had a healthy glowing feel.

NOTHING...
I bought this product to help even out some redness and solve mild acne. NOTHING...it burned a little after being on for 15 minutes, but once I rinsed I couldn't tell any difference in my skin, nor could I after 2 weeks of using this product every other day! What a scam!
This stuff works!
If there was such a thing as a "magic" acne solution, this would be it. I'm a 26 y/o male and I've been having these outbreaks for awhile now. I've tried Proactive, Natures Cure, everything in the face washing section and nothing has worked until this peel. This product has dramatically decreased breakouts, cleaned and shrunk my pores, and helped my overall skin tone.

If you are a beginner, start off with the 20% solution and buy a skin Neutralized/pH balance. I use cotton balls to apply both the Peel and the Neutralizer.

First week: I applied twice that week giving a few days in between applications. Because I didn't know how my skin would react, I left the Peel on for only 2 minutes (this is plenty for the first few times).

Second week and On: I began increasing the time by 2 minutes every so often. Now I'm at 8 minutes per peel and still only using it twice per week.

This chemical peel is a remarkable product that is worth the time, money and a little pain.

Have you ever wondered what it might be like to find the long lost Fountain of Youth?

We can't promise you that, but we can give you a close second.Your skin is the first

telltale sign of getting old. Starting today, get the facts about "anti-aging" and what

you can do to forestall it. Hey, there's no way you can stop the aging process but

there's no reason why you can't fight it kicking and screaming all the way!

Do you know the two types of aging that make your skin vulnerable? We address this in

the first chapter. Know your enemy! Learn how and why skin ages. Good grief, how can

you fight an enemy unless you have a full understanding of how and why it operates?
Once you understand how and why your skin ages it makes the next step of identifying

your skin type almost child's play in the next few chapters.

The Skinny on Skin Creams

Try counting the number of commercials you see every day touting some new "miracle

cream" that is guaranteed to make you look the model. Yeah right!

Anti-aging goods and services account for billions of dollars spent in the hopes of

delaying the onset of skin aging. This topic is covered in our chapter on skin cream

and wrinkles.

Finally, get the "skinny on skin creams" and find out which ones work and which ones

don't. Remember, those television AND print ads are designed to separate you from your

money.

Truth be told most of their claims are slanted and unrealistic. Often you will find

that there are low cost solutions to the problems that these expensive creams are

supposed to cure!

Sandpaper Skin Care

Well, it's pretty close. Depending on who you are and what skin type you have this can

be a brutal process! They use different names and supposedly produce miraculous

results, but take a closer look. We're talking about chemical skin peels. . .wow, that

sounds like something out of a bad sci-fi movie)! Then there's dermabrasion. . . yikes,

did they dig that one up along with a mummy?

They are tortuous, expensive procedures that are supposed to leave you with a new,

younger looking top layer of skin and a refreshing experience.Hmmm, I think people with

first degree burns experience that as well and they certainly didn't ask for it! Now,

if you are really into personal torture you can graduate to the head of the class with

Botox, Collagen injections, laser procedures, facelifts and other invasive methods.

Be True to your Mother! Mother Nature, that is. Some people have liposuction. Others

have fat moved from one body part to another. Others are pushed, pulled and stretched

into unnatural blobs of flesh. All this is done in the name of youth. It's a fact that

Mother Nature does have tools in place that can give you optimal results helping you to

look and feel younger despite the ravages of time. We do discuss these natural options

as well.

What Can You Do?

Your skin is the largest single organ of your body. It's also the most vulnerable.

Start educating yourself immediately! There is no reason not to fight the aging process

with every tool at your disposal. Your best defense is information and not necessarily

another $50.00 jar of the latest and greatest so-called cures!

Wonderful product !!!
It was delivered by UPS 1 hour ago !
I coudn't wait to try this product ! I kept it on my skin for 4 minutes , then I washed it away and used baking soda as a neutralizer. My skin feel so smooth , resilient and 5 years younger ( I'm 26 , but now it's looks like a baby's skin ).
Then i decided to use it as a peel for my breast ( I have some stretch marks ) .
After procedure which took 8 minutes I can barely see them ! And my skin feels and looks just amazing !
At begining I ordered it to reduce the little scars on my face, which remained after moles removal, and now the first result I have no doubt that I will achieve desired result !
Whatever it was, I'll write my final opinion after the 6 - week course of application of this remedy.
So far I would recomend this product for everyone !
Great Skincare Product
I have used this product only 2 times now, and my sun spots have faded tremendously and the wrinkles around my neck are gone! This is an awesome product. I am going to put a drop or two in my moisturizer at bedtime like another reviewer said she was doing. I would highly recommend this product, each day of the week and twice on Sundays--it's really that good. And, yes, it does sting when you put it on but it is only because it is working. I haven't "peeled" any--but I have noticed great results with my sun spots (which are all over my face) and the wrinkles on my neck are gone. I am somewhat disgusted by some of the reviews of others . . . the lady posing as a chemist giving this product a bad review as well as those individuals who have only used it for a short time. Folks, you need to give it time for your skin type. Just because you haven't seen the results immediately as so many of us have doesn't mean its an awful product. It may just mean for your skin condition and the amount of correction needed, it will take some time. Your damaged skin didn't get that way overnight--it took time for the signs to start showing. Hence, common sense (if anyone out there still has any) us that it will not take an overnight remedy to fix. It's a shame someone has to literally point that out.
Skin glows after
I have used this for three weeks at once per week and I really enjoy the product. Skin feels smooth and refreshed after. Will continue to use...
Very good!
I think that results will depend a lot on each person's individual skin type and tolerance level. I have used glycolic products in the past and believe that my skin is probably less sensitive than others. I've done this peel once a week for the last three weeks and my skin looks fabulous. I have a bit of an acne problem and this peel clears up the acne and what little newer acne I have gotten is less severe. I live in a dry climate and find that my pores are usually difficult to open and clean out. Since I've been using this peel, blackheads extract easily and the overall texture and tone of my skin has greatly improved. I plan on doing the full six weeks (once a week) and expect great results. It apply it with a Q-tip, works great and doesn't waste much of the product. I have used much less than half the product. I've also used it for keratosis pilaris on the back of my arms (little red bumps). Doesn't seem to work as well on the arms as on the face, though. Might need a stronger concentration for the arms.
Seeing improvements
I've been using the 35% Glycolic Acid Gel Peel for about 2 weeks. I started by following the directions, applying it for no longer than 4 minutes, about twice a week. I experienced a slight tingle, but no burning. My skin would feel smooth and firm (but not dry) the next morning. Last week I decided to experiment by adding a couple drops of the gel to to my moisturizer at night. I've used the glycolic creams you leave on in the past, but they were only 10%. Anyway, since using this glycolic/moisturizer combo, I do feel that I've noticed an improvement in my skin tone and texture. My pores seem to be purging a bit, but shrinking as they do. My skin seems brighter and more clear. My makeup is going on more smoothly and I'm wearing a bit less foundation. I'm pleased with all of these things! I look forward to seeing how my skin continues to improve as I continue with this routine!

A brief background on my skin: I'm normal/combination but do experience monthly breakouts. I've been struggling with clogged pores on my nose for the past year at least. They're not so bad that others would probably notice, but they really bother me! I've been trying everything to unclog and shrink them. This product may finally do the trick!
