How do you get rid of skin infections?

My husband gets skin infections. Terrible skin infections. He gets them in his underarms. But worse where his belt lays and the insides of his thighs. The ones under his belt are worst they weep all the time. They have puss pockets the size of nickles. He has been to the doctor and put on medication but it didnt work. And the doctor refuses to send him to a dermatologist. (Medicaid) But he wont take a sample to test them either. The puss is green and yellow and bloody and nasty. The only way he can walk sometimes is if I pop them.
I know if you mash them you can make the infection go deeper. So I put on gloves and clean the area with alchole and iodine. Then take a new autoclaved peircing needle and make a hole in it. And drain it. But that doesnt get the infection gone, just removes pressure. What can we do to heal this up and make them all better.

He needs to go to www.notaquitter.com and get some Silver Cream which is a 100% Natural antibacterial agent. It is inexpensive and they ship worlwide. I use it for the same purpose and it works great.

Relieved symptoms of tinea versicolor
Experienced positive results when used for treatment of tinea versicolor in just a few applications. I applied generously and allowed the mud to dry then rinsed without using soap. Product did not leave an unpleasant odor like many sulfur soaps recommended by my doctor. The mess is the only drawback but the results are worth it.
Does not work for Tinea Versicolor
I used this last year while i battled my worse Tinea outbreak and it did nothing. i actually think my Tinea Versicolor got worse! I really think they should not advertise this as treatment for Tinea Versicolor the mud didn't do anything at all. I applied it for 15-30 minutes a day for two weeks and saw no improvement.
It actually works!!!
My nail was so bad most of it fell off except one tiney shard, (yes very creepy) I used this once let it sit on my nail for about 30 minutes then wiped off and cleaned and that's all I did over the next month or two my nail grew back in healthy. I suspect if I had used daily it would have worked faster but I was unfortunately super busy at the time and traveling. Definitely worth the money and now I pop on if any nail seems a bit unhappy. Maybe everyone should keep this on had in the house! Vender was excellent also and even in my state!
Better than prescribed medication
I've had tinea versicolor for a long time and this stuff has done more to get rid of it than anything the dermatologist gave me, topical or oral.

The tinea shows up on my skin making it more dry and flakey than incredibly off-color, as it does with others. Using Saprox has diminished the dryness/flakiness of my skin substantially, although the skin quality is still not perfect. The itching I felt especially while sweating is gone.

I haven't used Saprox as consistently as I probably should have, so I am going to buy another bottle (I've bought 3 or 4 as is, but I have it over large portions of my body) and keep going for it until it (hopefully) completely disappears.

I give this a 5 because it gives me hope for a cure and has been improving my skin quality, while the steroids the dermatolgist gave me did squat.

didn't cure tinea
This product did not work to clear up tinea versicolor that my husband has had for 20 years, we were very dissapointed. He applied it to the affected areas for 15 min daily before a shower. No changes.
