Works pretty well
I actually withheld feedback until after I'd used the stuff and my first mole came off. It actually works. You have to rough up the mole pretty good (almost to the point of bleeding) before you apply, and it takes two applications over two days, but the mole turns hard and scabby, and then falls off about a week later. The skin underneath is pink, but not much worse than the scar you get from skinning your knee. It'll probably fade to nothing in six months. I recommend it, and I'll buy more in the future. One lame thing is that the tube is tiny, and probably only contains enough product for five moles. But it's way cheaper and easier than having a dermatologist do it, so I can't complain too much.

Needs to be applied numerous times on some skin tags & still hasen't killed them. I'm going on my 4th application on a couple. Others took one or two applications. It's okay for the price.

this is an AWEFUL product
I bought dermatend through their website and used it with high hopes. Unfortunately, the results were terrible. I followed directions exactly like they said and scratched the mole until it was almost bleeding. Nothing happened after the first application. So I scratched it and applied again. After about 3 days of this it started scabbing up. I started to feel relieved thinking it was working. The scab took a month to form and fall off. After it fell off, I was shocked to find that the mole was still there! It was the same size, color, everything! I'm still waiting on my refund to come. I probably won't even get it. Let me give you the best advice for removing a mole. Don't spend money on this crap! I have a natural way that works faster, better, and cheaper. Here goes: Scratch entire mole hard but not enough to make bleed. Put vaseline on skin around mole. Get apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball and place on scratched mole. Make sure it's only on the mole. Put a bandaid over the cotton ball to hold it in place for 24 hrs. It should scab up, if not, do the steps again. I guarantee it will scab in 3 days or less! The scab will fall off in about a week or so, maybe sooner. When it falls off, the mole is gone too! This remedy worked for me and I know it will work for anybody else. You probably would spend 5 dollars on it if you don't have the items already in your house. Don't waste $[...] on stuff that doesn't even work. I made that mistake.. :(

This worked for me!
I was skeptical but this worked really well. For my first try I used it on two skin-tags on my neck. One in front and one on the side. I applied it at night and covered with a little round band-aid. In the morning I removed the band-aid and it didn't look like a scab had formed (the area around the tag looked pink and irritated but that is all) so I did it again. The second time I applied the Dermatend I didn't file it, but I put more of the Dermatend on it, and I left it on longer before removing the band aid.
The second day It formed a scab - not only on the tags but also on the area around the tags. I was a *little* bit worried about this, but I cleansed and protected with various skin ointments to prevent infection and kept it covered. It took about 3-4 days for the first one to fall off and the second one fell off a few days after that. The area remained scabby for about a week and then remained pink for a while after that but other than that it's fine.
Next I did a small flat mole on my shoulder. This time I put vaseline around the mole to see if I could avoid the area around the mole getting scabby. It worked! I had to be very meticulous with the vaseline though because I didn't want the Dermatend to rub away from the area I wanted removed (I used a q-tip). I had to use a bigger band-aid here as well.
This one scabbed quickly and fell off in about 2 days but the entire mole did not fall off. Now a new smaller scab has formed. This may need another application to remove it completely, but it's much smaller than it was originally.
Anyway, I haven't tried it on the small flat moles I'm getting on my face. If I continue to have good results in other areas I might. Found it easy to use and got good results!

I received this product and it worked like a charm. I had two skin tags on the side of my neck, one was large and one was small. They were right next to any necklace that I wore.Followed the directions on the tube,{bingo}the two of them are no longer there. I am so happy that I purchased this product.
